Whether you’re new to mindfulness and meditation, a skeptic, a lifelong practitioner, or somewhere in between, join us for an informal meditation session. We’ll do a brief practice together and talk about what mindfulness is (and isn’t) and how it can help combat the stressors of living in a hyperconnected world as we close out the year-end giving season.
Learning Intentions:
- Learn what mindfulness is and is not.
- Practice putting mindfulness into action.
- Make a commitment to try one new mindful approach to work, life, and technology.
